I would like to start with the phrase, ‘Practice what you peach’ or walk the talk’!

The credo of Alchemy School is, ‘Learn, Succeed and Lead’.

Also, with great conviction we say that “We see a leader in your child!” Keeping this in mind we groom our students in a way that everyone they know would be proud of them and look up to them in awe! The state or fact of being accountable for things is what makes a captain, ‘the captain of a ship’ or to say a good leader! Such individuals take responsibility for their actions and help themselves and the society at large to excel and achieve their set goals.

To take responsibility for one’s actions, one must imbibe the following:

‘Introspect’

An act of self-awareness that involves thinking about and analyzing one’s own thoughts and behavior. This is one of the defining characteristics of human being where one learns to better themselves.

‘Agreements with one’s self’

One should learn to weigh the outcome of one’s own thoughts and take full responsibility for it.

The crux of all of the above, lies in assessing one’s self regularly and competing with one’s self alone, in order to excel with each passing day.
